We cater for the individual learning and social needs of our children to help them achieve high academic standards. Older pupils are prepared for the International Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE and GCSE). Since September 2001 pupils hawe also been able to study for the International Baccalaureate Examination. Aware that we serve a transient community, from which pupils transfer to other British schools, international schools and different school systems, we are adept at ensuring that transfer into and out of The British School is as smooth as possible. Since the school serves an ever increasing range of nationalities, children are encouraged to learn from others and show a caring, compassionate attitude. Tolerance, confidence and independence are the personal strengths we aim to develop in each child.
