The Key Stages of the National Curriculum

The English National Curriculum forms the basis of all curriculum planning at The British School. It is adopted in the following manner accross the school:

Nursery	2 to 4	Pre-Nursery, Nursery
Key Stage 1	4 to 7	Reception, 1 and 2
Key Stage 2	7 to 11	3 to 6
Key Stage 3	11 to 14	7 to 9
Key Stage 4	14 to 16	10 to 11
IB	17 to 18	12 to 13
