The above documentation should be delivered to the school by post or in person. Facsimile or scanned copies are initially sufficient however they must be followed by signed originals. We also require copies of:

Applications are accepted when vacancies exist and the child meets the school's requirements. Prior to enrolment, where necessary, the school reserves the right to interview and test the child, checking their English language ability and certain academic standards. If the child is not in Poland, tests can be sent for completion to the child's current school; the current school's stamp and the Head Teacher's or Deputy Head's signature would be required.

Following completion of this process an invoice for the registration fee and deposit is issued. Non refundable registration fee of 2,500 PLN (1,000 PLN for Pre-nursery) is a single payment only, followed by a refundable deposit of 4,000 PLN. The deposit is fully refundable provided that notice of withdrawal of the pupil is given in accordance with the terms outlined by the school.

 

The child's place is only secured upon receipt of the registration fee and the deposit by the date stated on the pro-forma invoice.
